  5. $300 Concessionaire Fee (Upon Approval)
  6. Alcohol Concessionaire will receive:
  7. 1. Ability to sell alcohol at event site.
  8. 2. Alcohol Sales Space at event.
  9. 3. Ice
  10. 4. Access to a refrigerated truck.
  11. Alcohol Concessionaire Must:
  12. 1. Obtain TABC Temporary Event Approval
  13. 2. Have TABC License in good standing.
  14. 3. Be able to inventory all beer & wine before and after the event. This may be up to 80 total vendors.
  15. 4. Be able to purchase all beer & wine at event. This could cost up or exceed to $30,000 in inventory.
  16. 5. Be able to write checks on site to beer & wine vendors.
  17. 6. Provide staff to wristband event participants at the gate. Minimum of 2 staff members.
  18. 7. Maintain exclusive control of all phases of the possession, sale, and service of alcohol at the event location.
  19. 8. Keep accurate receipts & reports of all alcohol purchased by the concessionaire.
  20. 9. Report to Town of Little Elm with invoice to receive payment for alcohol purchased by the concessionaire.
  21. 10. Have all servers certified through a TABC approved seller/server course.
  22. 11. Supply all commercial equipment, uniforms and staffing for concessionaire area. (Workers must be identifiable with your company logo.)
  23. Credit or Checks accepted: Please make check payable to Town of Little Elm Town of Little Elm, Attn: Alicia Gray, 100 W. Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX 75068.
  24. Concessionaire shall assume all risks incident to or in connection to the event and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind or nature, to person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the event. Vendor hereby expressly agrees to save the Town, its officers, employees and representatives harmless from all claims, suits, losses, damages or injuries directly or indirectly arising in connection with the event.
  25. The Town of Little Elm is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items during the event.
