Officers Respond to Call at Elementary School

NEWS FROM PD

At 1:24 p.m., officers from the Little Elm Police Department responded to calls of a man acting erratically and appearing to be under the influence on the campus and parking lot of Robertson Elementary School.

Officers arrived to the campus and approached the individual, taking him into custody after a struggle.

No drugs or weapons were found on the individual.

He was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

The school was also placed on a temporary lockdown during the incident to ensure the safety of students and staff.

There was no threat to the safety of the students or staff of the school at any time.
