The MFC is a six-week, annual fitness and health event offered through the Little Elm Recreation Center. Those who participated in this year's program received daily workouts, videos and tips for healthy living, a free 30-minute personal training session, weekly meetups, and activities.
The overall winner for the 2019 MFC was Amy Soltero. Daniel Vargas led the total percentage of weight lost with 9.28 percent.
This year's MFC was sponsored by Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers, Groggy Dog, and Hula Hut.
