Little Elm, Texas, is located in Denton County, Texas. It is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Little Elm opened its first hotel in the summer of 2023. The Elm is a boutique hotel in The Lakefront District. The Elm features four floors, 77 rooms, and a coffee shop and cocktail bar on the fourth floor, providing gorgeous lake views and a relaxing atmosphere.

Little Elm is home to various attractions and activities for all ages. The Little Elm Beach and area parks and trails provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Little Elm's destination district, The Lakefront™, features restaurants, parks, and entertainment venues. The Town's newest park, The Lawn at The Lakefront™, opened in the fall of 2023 and is home to hundreds of events yearly.
Little Elm is also home to the indoor waterpark, The Cove at The Lakefront®, offering year-round fun for the whole family.
Additionally, Little Elm is home to three outstanding school districts, business parks, and many shopping and dining options.
Little Elm is just around the corner from first-class shopping at Stonebriar Center, Shops at Willow Bend and The Shops at Legacy.
Top sporting facilities such as the Riders Field for the Frisco Rough Riders Double-A baseball team, Dr. Pepper Star Center training facility for the Dallas Stars Hockey Team, and Toyota Stadium for FC Dallas MLS Soccer have chosen the area around Little Elm as their home.
The DFW metroplex offers a multitude of professional sports teams, such as football with the Dallas Cowboys, baseball with the Texas Rangers, and basketball with the Dallas Mavericks. Horse Racing is available at Lone Star Park and auto racing at the Texas Motor Speedway. One can marvel at world-class museums and art galleries, from the Nasher Sculpture Center to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum.
