The Little Elm Local Development Corporation shall have and exercise all of the rights, powers, privileges, authority, and functions to the extent necessary to carry out its authorized purposes, including, but not limited to, the power to acquire land and enter into a sale, loan, lease, grant, transfer, trust, operating, or other agreement as authorized by the Act on behalf of the Town of Little Elm.
