The Town of Little Elm recently updated the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO). The Town is proposing to modify the Capital Improvement Impact Ordinance with the fees on the roadways, water, and wastewater to align with the revised CZO. Per Chapter 395.049 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Town of Little Elm will hold a public hearing on December 5th, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Town Hall located at 100 West Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068 for the purpose of considering the approval of the Updated Lane Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plans and Impact Fees for Roadways, Water and Wastewater.
