    - Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) Basic Firefighter certification
    - Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) as an EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P)

    ***Candidates must bring their completed/notarized Personal History Statement, Polygraph statement, and Physical Agility Waiver to their scheduled PAT*** (Note: a notary will not be available at the time of the test)
