Eligibility

You are eligible to enroll in Benefits of Choice if you are a regular, full-time employee of the Town of Little Elm working at least 40 hours per week. Coverage is scheduled to begin November 1 of each year, or if hired after November 1, coverage will start on the first of the month following your date of hire.

The Town is also a member of the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS), and additionally provides a deferred compensation vehicle for retirement planning.
