Six free workshops on the following topics: Dealing with difficult emotions, pain symptoms including fatigue and depression management, improving communication skills, using pain medications effectively, pacing and planning, solving problems and setting goals, eating healthy, increasing your self confidence and the Moving Easy Program. Denton County Dash
Saturday, April 6, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Stop by the front desk (beginning March 1) to sign up for the event and/or register for the walk. You can register for a 1-mile or 5K. The Denton County Dash is a free community event to bring awareness to the impact of cardiovascular disease in Denton County. This event provides an opportunity to get out and move!
