Group Exercise Classes


The Rec at The Lakefront™ offers a robust fitness class program! Classes are included in the cost of membership, unless otherwise noted.

Our group fitness program includes an energetic and seasoned group of fitness instructors who can teach a variety of formats including PiYo, yoga, Zumba®, strength, and cardio classes. Join our Facebook Group for real time updates and motivation! For more information and questions on group exercise classes contact our Fitness Supervisor at 972-731-1467 or email.

Personal & Small Group Training Services


Personal Training is more than just sweating with a trainer for an hour. A quality personal training program focuses on education, motivation, getting results, and having fun! Our team of Certified Personal Trainers at The Rec at The Lakefront™ are seasoned trainers that take your health and fitness goals into consideration as they develop a fitness plan for you. Try a one-on-one private training session with them, or come join one of our small group training classes to make new fitness friends as you reach your goals! Personal and Small Group Training fees are based on each trainer and sessions/classes purchased.
