The Planning & Zoning Commission is the primary advisory board to the Town Council on development issues.  These land use matters include rezoning requests, ordinance revisions, approving plats, comprehensive planning, tree preservation, and other issues regarding new growth and existing development in the Town and ETJ.

The Planning and Zoning Commission is comprised of five members and four alternates appointed by the Town Council. Commission members serve three-year staggered terms. A quorum consists of three commissioners, and an affirmative vote of a majority of those present is required for approval.  The Planning & Zoning Commission meets the first and third Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm in Town Hall at (100 West Eldorado Parkway), and its most recent agenda can be found here.
