The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation has selected a consulting company, Imperium, to assist the Corporation in developing the Town Center.  The Corporation is currently negotiating a contract with Imperium as the selected consulting company. Interviews for the selection of the Master Developer was held at the Town Hall in the later part of 2009.  The selection of Imperium was on March 8, 2010.
