Comprehensive Multi-Year Financial Plan
In November 2008, The town's rate consultant economists.com completed a Comprehensive Multi-Year Financial Plan for the Town's Water and Wastewater Utility. The financial plan included a multi-year rate design to sustain the town's water and wastewater utility operation's. In addition, the rate design provides for infrastructure improvements for water and wastewater.

The rate study (financial plan) is intended to be updated annually during the town's budgeting process. The 2008 Comprehensive Multi-Year Financial Plan for the Town's Water and Wastewater Utility was received by Town Council in December 2008 and an update was completed in September 2011.
